* Please note that the content of this 8 week session will be presented in a progressive manner therefore participants are strongly encouraged to sign up for all 8 weeks when possible* Embrace the quiet strength of winter in this transformative class, where we honor the season of stillness and renewal. Our ancestors recognized winter as a time of introspection and resilience, a period to reflect, manage resources, and prepare for the new growth of spring. In this class, we’ll channel that ancient wisdom to release tension and free the breath, using supine healing sounds Qigong to create personalized mantras that support healing and balance. As we harmonize our voices, we will transform stress into grounded, restorative energy through gentle qigong movements. Additionally, we’ll explore the empowering practice of standing I Chuan, cultivating a heart-centered, grounded presence that nurtures inner strength and clarity. Join us as we flow into the new year with a deep sense of renewal and connection.
