Service Description
Building vitality and health through foundational static and dynamic Qigong & Tai Chi exercises: Together we will gently develop skills like balance, core strength, stability, greater range of motion, and therapeutic respiration, while expanding our movement repertoire in a supported and easeful way. “Playing Taiji” the deeply nurturing, experiential part of mind-body learning: Through encouragement to let go of concepts of Taiji, rigid rules, judgements, comparison and inner- critic, we explore the Taiji movements with a spacious, curious, attitude, one that’s aligned with our innate intelligence. These approaches to Taiji will help you to discover and develop your body's own natural flow, personal sense of comfort, intuition, and self-expression. This very real transformational and integrative experience will leave you refreshed and full of vitality. Harmony, integrity and authenticity: Now, that's what Taiji is really all about! Who is this class for? This class is a great point of entry for anyone wishing to experience the benefits of Taiji & Qigong without having to engage in complex form routines or esoteric theory. A fun-loving and practical approach to ancient, effective methods of body/soul wellness.
