Join us for a nourishing and restorative Qigong workshop exploring the harmony between meditation in stillness and meditation in motion. Together, we’ll gently alternate between sitting, standing, and flowing Qigong movements—inviting the body and mind into a deeper state of balance, presence, and ease.

Through guided practice, you’ll learn simple yet powerful techniques for breathing, focusing the mind, and staying grounded—whether in stillness or movement. We’ll also explore how to meet distractions with curiosity and compassion, helping you build greater clarity, resilience, and inner calm both on and off the mat.

As we move between stillness and flow, you’ll begin to sense and cultivate your own Qi (vital energy), experiencing how meditation and movement are simply different expressions of the same life force. These practices can support relaxation, improve focus, enhance energy levels, and promote a deeper connection to your body.

We’ll also introduce accessible Qigong energy healing techniques that can be especially helpful for grounding, centering, and restoring balance in daily life.

Toward the end of our time together, we’ll wind down with gentle, lying-down Qigong movements followed by an extended guided meditation—offering space for deep rest and integration. Feel free to bring pillows or blankets to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

Whether you’re new to Qigong or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers a welcoming space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect.
