Taiji Forms – Meditation and Qigong Tai Chi practice can provide a variety of mental and physical health benefits through slow repetitive movements, whole body coordination, and deep natural breathing. We’ll practice and examine different ways to use Tai Chi forms as moving meditations, as well as incorporate walking, standing, and seated meditation techniques. We'll take a look at some aspects of advanced solo form practice, but all methods will be presented for simplicity and ease of movement. Attendees will hopefully leave the workshop feeling calm and rooted. This workshop is suitable for practitioners of all levels of experience and abilities.
