This class is designed to teach the Yang style Taiji form as passed down through Cheng Man Ching and William C. C. Chen. As we learn the form, we will continue to practice the foundational concepts and exercises that give meaning and life to the form. Practice of the taiji form will bring you increased balance and mobility, relaxation, improved immune response, and is also fun!
